Discover Maasai Mara National Reserve, the most famous and most visited reserve in Kenya where all large African animals are present. In the Maasai language, Mara means "spotted" and may refer to the colorful landscapes. Alternatively, the name may refer to the arrival of over two million herbivores during the annual migration.Its home to big cats

Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked from your hotel in Nairobi to start the 03 day Maasai Mara safari tour with a drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley view point to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. You will have a stop at the Narok Maasai town for refueling later driving to arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and afternoon game viewing.

This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the big five (lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino).

Lunch at the lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game run.


The Maasai Mara National Reserve is one of the greatest wildernesses in the world. Large mammals are varied and easy to see. Residents of the park are Maasai giraffe, buffalo, eland, and thousands of plains game including impala, zebra, topi, as well as both Thomson’s and grants gazelles.

Day 2:Discover Maasai Mara National Reserve

The search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues today during extensive game drives in this great wonder national reserve. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs.

During your stay, you also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Maasai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

Day 3: Migration Watch – Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 4: Maasai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

Have an early morning tea / coffee or hot chocolate, then depart for a morning game drive. Here, you will find the old Africa of the movies, with rolling grasslands dotted by acacia trees and sweeping plains teeming with wildlife.

No matter how much you have thought about Africa, this is more than you expected, and the ideal backdrop for a hot air balloon expedition.

After a full English breakfast back at the camp you will dropped at airstrip to board scheduled flight to Nairobi – met at Wilson airport and transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta airport to fly home .
